Recovery-position continue

What's going on? I heard, I'm dead. I'm not, dead. I'm really, pregnant. The further, my pregnancy, continues, the more, pain, I'm having, on my back. I can't, roll, on my, side, I'm dis-abled.  Jil have, done this, to me. I know, for sure. I need, as well, a dry, sheet, I'm having, decubitus, right?

 Help me, please!
